I wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know how much I appreciate the hard work the entire CCD committee puts into the amazing event. I always think you can't "out do" the previous year, but you do! Every year it gets better and better. I don't know how you do it! Thank you for providing this opportunity for our students. This is not just a field trip, it's a game changer for a lot of these young people. Thank you for making that investment in our region.

We wanted to send you a special thanks for all the effort that goes into making this event wuch a success. What a valuable resource it is for our students. This was the first year attending and I was amazed. We will be bringing a bigger group of students next year.

I wanted you to know that our students truly enjoyed the Construction and Career Days this year. The event really opened their eyes to the field of construction and future employment opportunities.

We appreciate that we were included in the day and look forward to attending upcoming Construction and Career Days.

I thought your Construction Day was great. The kids saw realistic jobs with realistic expectations to get those jobs. Just what they needed to see and hear. Brad and I wanted to have the kids send you a Thank You card for such a great day. I have your number and email but would like your work address to send you the card. If you could send me that I would greatly appreciate it. I hope day two of your Construction Days is going well.

Thank you so much for inviting Columbia High School to your amazing "Construction Career Day" event today. Columbia High School students and teachers had a terrific time.

The students loved experiencing the construction equipment, the learning labs, the career workshops, and job opportunities. It was a first-class event!

The lunches were delicious and the t-shirts attractive. All of us at CHS plan to wear our CCD t-shirts tomorrow.

I have requested pictures from the other CHS teachers who attended so I can send to the Lake City Reporter newspaper as well as to our CHS web site. (My photography is below par.)

I have to say that I have heard nothing but accolades from our boys who participated in the Construction Career Day 2015!!! And our staff who followed along were sooo impressed by the amount of work that went into it. They said it was timed perfectly, the guide they had was phenomenal at rounding them up and staying on schedule, the career presenters were down to earth and real, and the equipment presented was top notch. They enjoyed the day so much, that they all begged to go again next year.

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to participate. It has made our youth knowledgeable that there are many options out there that they may never had considered as a career.

Word is quickly spreading throughout our school (by both staff and students) on how great we all enjoyed it. We got to see so much and we didn't even see half. It makes everyone want to go back next year.

It was well organized and the presenters did an excellent job explaining their business and careers available in that business.

Robert E Lee High School took a large group of our Logistics and Engineering magnet students to the Northeast Florida Construction Career Day Thursday Feb 27th….this event had quite an impact on their career decision making process.

I believe that the Construction Career Day was very successful, several students from my school are seriously considering a career in the construction industry, those individuals even stated that they never considered it until they attended your event.
